When all the nations of the entire world will fulfill these commandments which G-d has given them, the so-called Seven Noahide Laws, seven general commandments which include many details. This is more easily achieved in this country, where the President has announced and signed an official declaration to all citizens, encouraging the fulfillment of the Seven Noahide Laws, for G-d Himself had so commanded. And this country and its independence were established on this foundation. The President also turned to all the rulers of other countries, and will surely do so again, requesting them to turn to their respective citizens, that each person should fulfill the Seven Noahide Laws with all their details and particularities. Then, all the nations of the world will serve Him as one; the entire world in a peaceful manner.
